Franciacorta Satén, Romantica 2020Beschreibung Romantica Satn ist ein einzigartiger Franciacorta, der durch den exklusiven Einsatz von Chardonnay Trauben, niedrigerem Flaschendruck und geringer Dosierung einen eleganten Wein hervorbringt. Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet und sorgfltig ausgewhlt. Nach sanftem Pressen und einer 14 tgigen Grung bei niedrigen Temperaturen reift der Wein 7 Monate in Edelstahltanks und teilweise in Barriques. Eine malolaktische Grung wird vermieden.
